Back on July 3rd, I posted a few pics on a family of Great Horned Owls that live on our home quarter. The pictures were okay ... but alas, my 70-300mm lens is not fast enough in dim light and hence many of those pictures were darker than I would have liked. Well, I got lucky this afternoon and was able to catch that 'baby Great Horned Owl' in some better light. Still not as good as I would like but definitely an improvement! I love it's EYES ... I look forward to capturing this lil' one as it grows!
