Many of you were introduced to 'Lucky' back in the spring and summer. She was a heifer calf orphaned right after birth and hence was raised by us humans! Yes, the boys carted many bottles daily to this lil' one. Well, although she was a bit smaller than the other calves she faired aok! I don't think she will be leaving our place anytime soon ... especially if our boys have anything to say about it! They are rather quick to point out to their Dad that he did promise if they looked after her and fed her ... they got to keep her!!! With that being said ... she was out enjoying another mild day (+5C again!) grazing with the Mama's!
